Deliveries are delivered by GLS courier service. The delivery time usually takes 15 working days after the payment has been received, this can be extended in rare cases.
We pack our products with care! The packages protected by multiple layers and a 3 layer thick cardboard box. We have never got any feedback about damaged deliveries so far, and we are doing everything we can, that this never change.

Within 30 days after you got the package, you can change your mind any time! No problem, just send the package back to us, and we refund you 100%!
Firstly, DON’T panic! If you see any outer damage on the package, contact the delivery service immediately, that you would like to report the issue. Take a video footage of the unboxing as proof, where the damage is obvious and contact us immediately to arrange the replacement of the damaged product.
If you don’t see any outer marks on the package, but the insides are damaged, contact the delivery service associate and make a report about the issue immediately. Pack the damaged product back in the package it arrived, and contact us, to arrange the replacement of the damaged parts.
Please proceed as it is written above, otherwise the guarantee is invalid, and we are not able to process any replacement or refund.
Shipping for Frame set fees: 65 EUR to EU countries, 150 EUR to non-EU countries.
Shipping for Complete bike fees: 150 EUR to EU countries, 300 EUR to non-EU countries.
